vadeCity to participate in Smart City World Congress 2021

Under the slogan It’s time to be smart, the company will present its stand at the 2021 edition of the Smart City Expo World Congress 2021. The central concept of the Vadecity pavilion will be the transformative power of technology to achieve more sustainable and healthy cities.

From November 16 to 18, vadeCity will participate in the Smart City Expo World Congress, to be held at Fira Barcelona. The central concept of the stand will be It’s time to be smart, with the purpose of turning cities into Smart Cities by combining mobility and technology. vadeCity develops intelligent solutions that respond to the mobility needs of different social actors: people, organizations and municipalities. In this way, it collaborates with sustainable development in an easy, safe and smart way.

The ecosystem proposed by vadeCity consists of 3 nodes to achieve more sustainable and healthy cities: Security, Energy and IoT, Big Data and AI. The technological solutions of the start up include these three nodes in its development.

Another of the key concepts of vadeCity’s participation in the Smart City Expo World Congress will be the Sustainable Development Goals, the initiative promoted by the United Nations. vadeCity is part of the United Nations Global Compact for the achievement of these goals, aligned with the 2030 Agenda. vadeCity’s first project is vadeBike, a smart, safe and sustainable parking system for cities. In addition to guaranteeing safety, vadeBike promotes micro mobility and encourages healthy lifestyle habits. In addition, it has the possibility of vehicle charging and Sharing (with free floating vehicles) and corporate sharing.

vadeCity is positioned as a pioneer in the development of mobility solutions for Smart Cities. The system developed by the company allows providing traceability data to other companies or entities that need them to improve mobility and sustainability. The Smart City Expo World Congress is one of the most important events on smart cities and urban solutions in the world. In 2021, it will bring together representatives from 400 cities.
